at the time of the discussion. These will be broadly related to Environment-Friendly
Technology.
Rules:
Each team will be represented by a single participant.
The panel will discuss the topic chosen on the spot for a total of ten
minutes. This event is not a debate. Participants will be expected
to present points of view that may complement or challenge the topic.
Judging of this event will be on the basis of spontaneity,
content, mental-agility and listening-skills.
